2013 April – Riga (Latvia) – FPA wins the closed design competition “Club type residential building, Riga, 4 Elizabetes street” promoted by LLC Elizabetes 4, group of companies Dekarta Property. The purpose of the competition is the design of common premises and apartments of the exclusive residential building, built in 1883, located at 4 Elizabetes street in Riga. The project of the building proposes creation of exclusive and elegant residential apartments and the common premises. The design represents a harmonious unanimity of modern technologies and historical value, with a special emphasis on the uniqueness of the building and the value of the courtyard.
